Deb wants our education system to focus on academics, reading, writing, arithmetic, and other core skills that allow our children to become successful contributing members of society. She believes that ideology has no place in the public school system. 

We were all born and raised on our family farm in Waterford, and Vermont has always been a big part of who our family is. Growing up on a farm taught us to work hard, help each other out, and appreciate the importance of faith, family, and community. Those are values that our parents passed down to us and we try to carry on today.

I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the trust you have placed in me as your representative in Montpelier.  I am honored to serve you and hope to continue this work next year as your House representative from our district.
