The four of us know Debbie Powers a little differently than most. In addition to Representative, we get to call her a friend, mentor, coach, and most importantly, "Mom."
We were all born and raised on our family farm in Waterford, and Vermont has always been a big part of who our family is. Growing up on a farm taught us to work hard, help each other out, and appreciate the importance of faith, family, and community. Those are values that our parents passed down to us and we try to carry on today.
Our mom has always cared deeply about Vermont. This is where she and our dad grew up, where they chose to build their life and raise the four of us, and we couldn't be more grateful. As we've gotten older and started building lives of our own, we've come to appreciate that upbringing even more and want to see Vermont be a place where more families can have those same experiences.
Mom has always led by example, and we've seen firsthand how she cares for the community.
She has a genuine heart for the people she represents and is willing to listen and speak up for them.
We're proud of her for being willing to put in the time and effort to serve a place that has given our family so much. No matter what title she holds, she'll always be Mom to us, and we're proud to support her. Please join us in our support by voting for Debbie Powers in the General Election on Nov. 3rd.
