Rodney C. Lackie

Littleton NH: Rodney C. Lackie 64 of Littleton NH, died on the 25th of January at Tufts Medical Center in Boston with his wife and family at his side.



Rodney was born at Cottage Hospital in Woodsville NH. He grew up on Benton Flats at the family farm until his father sold it and moved to Haverhill, NH. As a young man Rodney would follow the fair circuit showing his cow “Mint Julip” winning many awards. He was also an Eagle Scout, which is probably why he was always prepared for everything. He loved the outdoors, camping, hiking etc.. He was an avid snowmobiler and later took up motorcycling when he met his second wife. He enjoyed long rides with friends and family. His faith was also a big part of who he was and attended the Sugar Hill Community Church and loved his church family.



Rodney was an electrician by trade and had worked maintenance at the old hospital in Littleton NH, he then started his own business “Littleton Electric Solutions LLC” which he had for many years. He later diversified and started a new business “A+ Automation “ and did smart home technology. He really enjoyed his work and his customers. Rodney was a quiet man with a strong resolve. He was loving and generous. He will be greatly missed by his wife, family and friends. He is Predeceased by his father Francis Lackie, mother Elizabeth (Maynard) Lackie, brother Frederick Lackie.

Rodney leaves behind his wife Kathleen J. Burns Lackie of 15 yrs, three children Julie (Lackie) Budge, husband Malcolm of Lisbon NH, Michael Lackie, wife Heather of Whitefield NH, Rachel Lackie, husband Bryce, three stepchildren Leon C. Gadwah IV, wife Nikayea of Hopkinson NH, Francesca Gadwah of Oakland Me., Olivia Flynn of Tilton NH. Eight grandchildren Abbigail, Jacob, Bowen, Brody, Rylan, Blake, Amara, Hunter.


There are no services at this time, the family will have a graveside service and celebration of life in early summer of 2026, of which notice will be given.
