Mark was a man of many talents. There wasn’t a carpentry, remodeling, or landscape job that he didn’t master with meticulous attention to detail. He studied to be a landscape architect, started his own landscaping business, and then settled on a career as a Computer Aided Design master for several civil engineering companies in Vermont and North Carolina.
He dove into each pursuit and hobby with utter abandon whether it was reading, playing guitar, gardening, or managing his family’s Christmas Tree plantation. The joy of his life was his son, Evan. Mark’s interests and hobbies became whatever Evan loved at the time whether it was nature walks and dinosaurs or later paintball and snowboarding. There wasn’t a weekend that they weren’t on the road hitting the slopes or a paintball tournament. Mark’s heart grew when Evan married Amber and then grew ten times its size when his beloved granddaughter, Avery was born.
Mark met the love of his life, Noelle, fifteen years ago. Together they created a beautiful life together with their pack of energetic Jack Russell Terriers. They lived in Haverhill, NH until Evan and Noelle’s boys finished school then they headed south to warmer weather, settling in Charlotte. Together, they shared a love for antiquing, projects around their home, and homestead gardening.
Mark was predeceased by his father, Richard Fabrizio, Sr. and a stepson, Brandon. He will be greatly missed by Evan, Amber and Avery, Noelle and her boys Cameron, Curran, and Garrett, his mother, Ann Fabrizio, sisters Lynn, Nancy and Sheila. Nephews Shane, Shayden and Max and a niece Shayla and five great nieces.
Mark’s family will have a private service to celebrate his life.
