
All Recovery Meeting: Tuesdays at 5:30pm
The Groton Library All Recovery Meeting is a weekly support group led by Recovery Coach Avery Staats from Kingdom Recovery in Saint Johnsbury. This group is for all those who struggle with addiction, are impacted by addiction, and/ or who support the recovery lifestyle. All pathways of recovery are embraced, and all are welcome. Storytime & Playgroup: Thursdays, 11am-12:30pm
Sing, rhyme and read with us! Join Ms. Sarah and Wes from Northeast Kingdom Community Action for our weekly storytime and playgroup. This program is designed to support early literacy skills, and is geared towards children ages 0-6 and their caregivers, though all are welcome.

Crafts & Conversations: Saturdays, 9:30am
Meet up and trade tips and tricks with new and experienced yarn artists at this informal gathering at the library. Not a knitter? All crafts are welcome: Cricut projects, quilters, plastic canvas- come on and join us! Not up for crafting? Come for the coffee, conversation, and connection.
A Day of Beauty at the Groton Library
Enjoy a complimentary haircut and blowout by David. With years of styling experience, David will meet with you to provide a consultation, and then a cut and blowout. Arrive with freshly washed hair (does not have to be wet). Set aside 1.5 hours, and bring photos of how you would like your hair styled! Local Author Meet & Greet: Thaddeus Robinson
Saturday Jan 17th, 11-11:30am
We are excited to welcome Groton-based writer Thaddeus Robinson to the library for this special Meet & Greet event.
Thaddeus will introduce Tales from Paradise, a sweeping series set in South Carolina that follows the Riley family as they uncover long-buried truths about their parents and their own identities. The siblings’ journeys intertwine as they strive to rebuild what was fractured. Tad will read from “For Michele,” the first book in the series, and copies will be available for sale after the event.
