A Cohase Region Community Development Corp?
What could a Cohase Region Community Development Corporation (CDC) do for our towns? The Cohase Chamber of Commerce is hosting a ‘next-steps’ forum in Bradford on Friday, February 27th from 1-4 p.m. Representatives from national consulting group (with very local connections) ADAAPTA will be presenting and leading the discussion.
As we know, all of our towns could use more housing and assistance in accessing grant funding for repurposing existing (empty) buildings and for business development, all of which could significantly improve grand-lists and help with real estate taxes. If you’re a town government official, empty or underutilized property owner, developer, builder, business owner, investor or a concerned and interested citizen, join us at 134 Main St. (corner of Main & Barton St.) on the 27th to learn more.
