Megan S. Green

August 24, 1989 – May 16, 2026

Megan S. Green passed away suddenly at her home in Wells River, Vt on May 16th 2026. Megan was born August 24th 1989 to Timothy and Melissa Sevigny of Thetford, Vt.  Megan lived in Thetford for most of her early years attending Thetford Elementary and Thetford Academy.

Megan was a caring mother of Parker and Kyle and enjoyed time with her pets Penny and Kevin.  Megan enjoyed time outdoors and time on the water.  Summer time kayak adventures were some of Megan’s favorite adventures.  Megan would spend hours on local ponds exploring the shore line and looking for a quiet rock to take a break.  Megan enjoyed time with family and Parker and Kyle would join her on the water when not in school.

Megan and her Jeep, Megan loved her jeep.  She enjoyed working on it , driving It, and creating content on trails for her TikTok following.  She loved the ability to explore trails and getting off the beaten path.  The Jeep provided many found memories with her boyfriend Henry Knott and their dog Penny.  Penny enjoyed most when the roofs were off.  Megan was always counting down the days to hot weather so she could take the doors and roofs off the Jeep for summer time cruising.  All while blasting the music so load it almost hurt, everything from Country to Heavy Metal, the music was always on.

Megan was always trying to finds ways to help or give back.  Whether it was volunteering her time to become a firefighter or helping a camper in the Groton State Forest, Megan loved to help others.  She enjoyed gaming and time with family schooling us on the latest version of Call of Duty.  One of Megan’s favorite places was Old Orchard Beach and had many fond trips of going and just listening to the waves crash on the beach.  She enjoyed family vacations to Maine to share the beach with her boys and Penny.  Megan was taken too soon from us and will be forever loved by all those that knew her.

Those left to mourn include: Boyfriend Henry Knott, Sons Kyle and Parker Green, Ex Husband Scott Green and his wife Logan Green, Daughters Acadia Rollins and Brooklyn Sabens, Father Timothy Sevigny and Patty Sevigny, Mother Melissa Sabens, and Brother Justin Sevigny.
