Due to the large number of Letters to the Editor we are receiving regarding political candidates during this election season, candidate-related letters will not be posted as individual articles on our website.
All published letters will still be available to read in The Bridge Weekly Sho-Case, including in our complete online PDF editions and newspaper archives.
We appreciate the strong community participation and encourage readers to view each week’s full edition to read all published Letters to the Editor.
NHEC members need to wake up
NHEC members need to wake up; their family finances are at risk! A well-financed out-of-state special interest group wants to raise your rates by forcing NHEC to buy expensive wind and solar power. We know it will cost more because the renewable power rates of both the Community Power Coalition of NH and NHEC are higher than the standard power rates.
I am Proud of Our Progress
As Chair of the New Hampshire Electric Cooperative (NHEC), serving over 110 towns with electric and fiber internet services, I am proud of our progress in delivering affordable, reliable services to our members. This year, three of our eleven governing board seats are up for election, and I urge members in Grafton County to vote to sustain this momentum.
