Vivian Nemhauser & Amelia Earhart

A major new search expedition, backed by Purdue University and the Archaeological Legacy Institute (ALI), is scheduled to depart Wednesday, October 7, 2026, to investigate a particularly interesting satellite image. Vivian and her family moved here from New York. She was active with the Orange East Senior program in Bradford. I interviewed her there at Brookside Nursing Home on many occasions.
