Engaging in regular and consistent self-care is fundamental to building a solid foundation that helps us manage difficult times when they arise, not just get through them when they are suddenly thrust upon us. Eat healthy foods, stay active, relax, get adequate sleep, and have fun. Doing these supports resiliency in challenging times.
Is Writing Worth It?
That brings me to today. While I realize the planets are currently not working in anyone's favor and we are all going through some rough times, individually and as a nation, I am at a place where I am unsure if I want to bother writing anymore.

Of course, it is to be expected that your ego will resist. These changes are threatening to it, after all. It can be scary existing in the space between the old you and the version of yourself that is being created.

Make selfcare a priority. Set healthy boundaries in all areas of your life. Take care of your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual self. Protect your time and energy.
A friend of mine recently asked me...
I believe filling in the hole where the foundation was and possibly putting some plants over the top of it would be a good idea. Doing so could help eliminate future building or use of that footprint.
